5th Grade: No class; MCA testing
6th Grade: We explored a couple of web sites for practicing our geography skills (kidsgeo.com, freerice.com). We also looked at Napoleon's rule in France and the students had a reading assignment of 152-155.
7th Grade: Today, we watched a video called Einstein's Letter, exploring the Manhattan Project and science behind the atomic bomb. We also had a debate about the use of nuclear weapons. No HW.
8th Grade: The students worked on a book in which they are describing and illustrating each of the 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights. This assignment is due tomorrow.
