5th Grade: Ms. Arrowsmith's class learned about the assassination of Lincoln today while Ms. Nelson's class learned about the Battle of Gettysburg. The Civil War Exam is scheduled for next Friday (June 17).
6th Grade: We are beginning a short, new unit: Immigration in the United States. The students worked on vocab in class and we read together. No HW.
7th Grade: We had a quiz on the Southeast United States. Tomorrow we will move on to the midwest. No HW.
8th Grade: The students should have a nice start on their Middle Eastern Country Project. My goal is to have done completely in class as I know summer plans are in action.
