5th Grade: We are beginning a new unit which will be on slavery and the Civil War. Today, we went over our Japan tests and participated in a pre-assessment activity to get them excited about the new material. HW: there is a new set of vocab for them to work on which can be found on page 255 (Due this Friday).
6th Grade: We went over our French Revolution tests and began covering the material for the second half of the unit. We will be learning all about Napoleon Bonaparte. Today, we did Geography Centers and there was no HW assignment.
7th Grade: We will continue learning about WWII and today we learned about an important leader of the Allies, Ike Eisenhower. There was no HW assignment today.
8th Grade: We are beginning a unit on Civics and the U.S. Constitution. The students took a few notes today and began a new book, We the People pages (1-14)
