5th Grade: The students learned about the first voyage to the America's by Christopher Columbus. We had no HW for today :)
6th Grade: Today, we looked into the Punic Wars between Rome and Carthage. The students did not have any HW.
7th Grade: We began organizing for the podcasts we will be creating. See 7th Grade Assignments for a copy of the rubric. No HW today.
8th Grade: We learned about the voting rights movements in Mississippi and watched a gripping video of the murdurs and resistance to the movement. There was no HW.
